Our school will provide a happy, secure and stimulating learning environment, where everyone will be inspired and enabled to do their personal best.

Aims

To foster a socially and educationally inclusive community of all staff, parents, carers, pupils and other friends of the school which values truth, honesty, diversity and mutual respect in favour of equal  opportunities for all.

To promote increasing independence and learning through teaching support that develops self-confidence, personal organisational skills and positive self esteem. Everyone should feel able to take calculated risks in a secure and safe environment resulting in lifelong learning.

To create an environment of intellectual and social challenge where each student has full opportunity to reach their personal best, be proud of it, have it recognised and acknowledged and enable students to be realistic about their own potential and aspirations.

To recognise, value and record individual progress and achievement that is communitcated in a form which builds confidence and self esteem and leads to success and positive reinforcement.
