Home & School

Every student should have been issued with a new Link Book.  This is one of the ways we can communicate to each other what your child is dong at home and at school.  These books should be signed each week by a parent/carer and by the Form Tutor.

One of the sections is on Home Reading (p9).  If your child reads anything to you at home, be it a comic, magazine, newspaper or book, record what and when and sign against it.  We do give prizes for those sutidents who regularly read at home.

Another section if for Extended Learning.  If your child does any kind of research, e.g. on the internet or any newspaper articles relevant to their school work, please record and sign on these pages, (p15).
