| Dear Parents/Carers, Ensuring your child has a good school is a worry for any parent and in placing your child at Meadow High School I hope you will find the right choice has been made. I know your children will be good hands here at the school. The most recent Ofsted (March 2008) highlighted the good quality of teaching and care shown to pupils and this was built upon on our HMI visit in February 2007, where the focus visit gave the school a good, with some outstanding features report. We are working with the Local Authority to ensure that the provision will constantly be improved and that the school continues to provide a quality educational experience. The school already has exceptional results in National examinations and accreditation which have been brought about by the high expectations we have of our children irrespective of learning needs. The school has an absolutely genuine 'open' door agreement for parents and carers and should you wish to discuss any aspect of your child's education we will always make a member of staff available to do this.
